Lone CoyoteLone Coyote – Nikon D300, f5.6, 1/2000  ISO 640, Nikkor 200-400mm VR with 1.4x TC  at 400mm, natural light, not baited or called in

I slept late this morning, until just after 6 am and that is really late for me. It has been a hectic week and I hope that some of those bumps I hit have leveled out.

So I am sharing a portrait of a lone Coyote that I took as this lovely creature foraged for food along the Antelope Island Causeway. I hope it headed back to the island where it is safe for Coyotes and not off of the island where it wouldn’t be.

Life is good.
