Temperature June 27, 2015 at 3:56 pm
Yesterday the projected high temperature was supposed to be 99°F and the high was 103°F for my Zip Code, today the projected high is supposed to be 102°F so I am wondering if I should expect it to be 106°F. It was hot, hot, hot. I stayed inside and thought about cooler days.

I am going to brave the heat today and head to Antelope Island State Park to see if there are any birds around that aren’t hiding in the shade or panting with their bills open. When I get hot, and I am absolutely sure I will, I am going to use my phone to view the photo above so I can cool off mentally. What ever helps, right?

I am sooooo not a fan of the sweaty season.
I have fond memories of watching slides of snowy wintertime family fun while sitting outside in the driveway between the tightly packed houses in West Orange NJ in the middle of the sweaty summer! Obviously pre-AC days!
