I was on my way back to the interstate after a nice trip around the auto tour loop of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fws.gov\/refuge\/bear-river-migratory-bird\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Bear River MBR<\/span><\/a> when I found the sparrow.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve been hearing Savannah Sparrows <a href=\"https:\/\/xeno-canto.org\/691894\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">singing<\/span><\/a> for a couple of weeks but this was the first time this year that I could get one in my viewfinder.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" data-fontsize=\"18\" data-lineheight=\"27px\">How I find Savannah Sparrows at Bear River MBR<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>I listen for their calls and songs. I was thrilled to photograph this one yesterday.<\/p>\n<p>I have some singing to do today myself.
