I&#8217;d even go so far as to say that they have a dashing appearance. That is just my opinion, of course.<\/p>\n<p>After a long, hot summer of helping his mate raise their young, even these handsome, red-eyed towhees can look a bit on the raggedy side. This male <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Spotted_towhee\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Spotted Towhee<\/span><\/a> may have just finished bathing when I photographed him high in the Wasatch Mountains in August of 2021, or he may have been just shaking out his feathers.<\/p>\n<p>But this photo made me smile. I found this image in my files when I myself was feeling a bit frazzled. I&#8217;ve been feeling that way frequently of late. This photo reminded me that not only is it okay to feel that way, but that it&#8217;s also fine to just shake off that feeling whenever I want to.<\/p>\n<p>This past week has made me feel a bit raggedy and frazzled. I think I&#8217;ll just shake those feelings off and maybe even dance a bit while I do that.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Life <em>is<\/em> good.<\/p>\n<p>Mia<\/p>\n<p>Click <a
