I found and photographed this female Merlin at my local pond last month, and she seemed to be the perfect bird for me to share on International Women’s Day.<\/p>\n

Why?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Also, female Merlins play a vital role in their ecosystems by maintaining balance thus contributing to biodiversity.<\/p>\n
