It won\u2019t be long before I see my last White-throated Sparrow. They\u2019ll be migrating to their breeding grounds very soon, and I won\u2019t see them again until fall.<\/p>\n

Because I know that, I felt it was important for me to photograph the White-throated Sparrows I saw yesterday. I\u2019ll miss their sweet melodic songs and calls<\/span><\/a>, but I\u2019ve been very happy to have them in my viewfinder for as long as I have.<\/p>\n

Plus, this past winter, I was thrilled to photograph White-throated Sparrows in a snowstorm! I used to see them in snowstorms in my yard and garden in Virginia, so it was a treat to see them in those conditions through my viewfinder again.<\/p>\n

These sparrows bring me joy, plain and simple.<\/p>\n
