During the winter of 2012 – 2013 there was plenty of snow, very cold temperatures and it seemed that birds were easy to find to photograph here in Northern Utah. One morning after leaving Antelope Island State Park<\/span><\/a> I noticed some Canada Geese and the Tundra Swans along the causeway in a field of freshly fallen snow. The light was low and the snow was still falling but I photographed the swans despite the conditions and I ended up with this Tundra Swan delight.<\/p>\n

I wasn’t expecting much from the images because of the low light but I liked the effect of the white Tundra Swans on the pure white snow.<\/p>\n

Life is good.<\/p>\n
