Even when the light is cruddy I can’t resist taking images of Coyotes no matter where I spot them. It was a low light day when I found this Coyote along the frozen shoreline of the Great Salt Lake in October of 2012.<\/p>\n

The Coyote was searching for voles and possibly falcon leftovers and didn’t seem to be having much luck.<\/p>\n

I hope that it turned around and went back to Antelope Island State Park<\/span><\/a> where Coyotes are safe and not into Syracuse where it could be shot for a $50.00 bounty.\u00a0 They are beautiful and help to manage the balance of nature, I wish that more people could see that.<\/p>\n
