In January of this year an American Bison bull on Antelope Island was so close to the road in front of me that I decided to focus on his head and eyes. I didn’t have time to take off my teleconverter and I only had a landscape lens on my back up camera so I figured why not just focus on his eye.<\/p>\n

Looking at this bull’s eye made me think of how long bison have been roaming the planet and how we almost pushed them to extinction. I am so very glad they didn’t become extinct.<\/p>\n

This American Bison<\/span><\/a> image also reminds me that we need to keep on speaking up for those who can not speak for themselves.<\/p>\n

There are times in bird and wildlife photography I find I simply have to go with the flow and that some times the results are very pleasing to me.<\/p>\n

Life is<\/em> good.<\/p>\n
