Think of a can of soda and that is about how big they are. I have mentioned before in my posts that they are about the same size but I&#8217;d never posted images of both species together before and thought it was about time I did for comparison&#8217;s \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">American Robins seem to be everywhere and are easy to spot but from personal experience I can say that Burrowing Owls can be more difficult to see and locate in their habitat because they blend in so well.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The Burrowing Owls just seem &#8220;larger than life&#8221; to me much of the time.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Life <em>is<\/em> good.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Mia<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.onthewingphotography.com\/wings\/burrowing-owl-images\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Burrowing Owl<\/span><\/a> was photographed in <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Box_Elder_County,_Utah\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Box Elder County, Utah<\/span><\/a> this year and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.onthewingphotography.com\/wings\/american-robin-images\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">American Robin<\/span><\/a> was photographed just outside of Virginia City in <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Madison_County,_Montana\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Madison County, Montana<\/span><\/a> in 2009.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Burrowing Owls and American Robins are about the same size but they are two very different species of
