I shouldn’t complain about the rain we have been having because any rain in a desert is a good thing, but I am getting tired of it and the gray skies that come along with it because it interferes with me getting out to photograph.<\/p>\n

But this has been a rainy spring.<\/p>\n

Plus I haven’t been camping since March and I miss it. I’m trying to make the best of it.<\/p>\n

Last year I had a few rainy days while camping up in Idaho and Montana but there were times it would only rain for a bit and then the skies would clear up.<\/p>\n

I photographed this rainy day Red-tailed Hawk<\/span><\/a> in Clark County, Idaho last year as it perched on an old telegraph pole with glass insulators on it. The hawk didn’t seem to mind the rain.<\/p>\n

I need to be more like the hawk.<\/p>\n

Life is<\/em> good.<\/p>\n
