I know this image sort of breaks the rules of bird photography because the eyes of my subject are closed but personally I don’t mind that they are. Sometimes rules are made to be broken.<\/p>\n

This sleeping Willet<\/span><\/a> image remains one of my favorite images because it was so comfortable in my presence that it fell asleep. I was honored.<\/p>\n
