I woke this morning to several inches of fresh snow on the ground, our first heavy snowfall of the winter in the Salt Lake Valley arrived just in time for Christmas Day. It is dark outside and I am not sure exactly how much of the white stuff there is but it looks beautiful and using the glow of the streetlights I can see that the snow is still falling.<\/p>\n

I do hope to be able to get out this morning to photograph even if it is to just go down the hill and photograph a few birds at the local pond. Photographing birds on Christmas has become a tradition for me.<\/p>\n

Wherever you are, whatever holiday you celebrate if you celebrate at all, I wish you joy and peace and hope that you will feel the love of your family and friends today and every day.<\/p>\n
