Last week while up in the mountain canyons with my Mom I didn’t have the best of luck photographing Yellow Warblers. Most of the brightly colored warblers were too far away to take high quality images of and the ones that were closer always seemed to be partially or totally hidden behind branches or leaves.<\/p>\n

This male Yellow Warbler stayed at the top of a willow for quite some time but I was never able to get a completely clear view of him because a light breeze was moving the out of focus willows in the foreground around.<\/p>\n

Still, I liked this one frame of the warbler despite the out of focus willows in the foreground.<\/p>\n

These vivid yellow birds can blend into their habitat so easily, one second you see them and the next you don’t. Hopefully I will have better luck with them the next time I head up into the Wasatch Mountains<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Life is<\/em> good.<\/p>\n
