I can’t come up with a funny, kid-friendly caption for this Least Chipmunk photo and I am hoping that someone seeing it here on my blog can.<\/p>\n

“I asked for berries and this is what I got.”<\/p>\n

“What am I? A coat rack?”<\/p>\n

“The tail of two chipmunks.”<\/p>\n

Those captions just don’t seem funny enough.<\/p>\n

These two chipmunks were photographed being playful yesterday in the Wasatch Mountains<\/span><\/a> of northern Utah.<\/p>\n

The Least Chipmunks had been chasing each other around on a low leafless shrub and then this happened, the tail of the upper chipmunk rested on the head of the other chippie for exactly two frames.<\/p>\n

I’m glad that I was taking a long burst of the two chipmunks interacting or I would have missed being able to take and share this photo.<\/p>\n

I have a nice series of images of these two chipmunks and I will probably share more of them sometime during a gray day this coming winter when I am missing these little fuzzballs and their antics like crazy.<\/p>\n

Life is<\/em> good.<\/p>\n
