While I was looking for an older image file I came across this Western Meadowlark photo and wondered why I had never processed it. I am not sure why because I actually like it a lot. I probably got too busy and it slipped my mind.<\/p>\n

I photographed this Western Meadowlark in April of 2014 on Antelope Island State Park and there had obviously been a recent rain because water doesn’t puddle on the roads long out on the island.<\/p>\n

What I like about this photo was the reflection of the Western Meadowlark, the still water, the one raised foot and the curvy edges of the puddle. I feel drawn into the frame.<\/p>\n

Life is<\/em> good.<\/p>\n
