My post from yesterday, “Green-tailed Towhees \u2013 He? She? It?<\/span><\/a>“, was long so I decided to keep today’s post short and sweet.<\/p>\n

I also decided that I wanted to post something that felt cool because the heat here in northern Utah is getting to me. Typically I only do one post during the summer where I share images from cooler days to remind myself that winter isn’t really all that far away but the high temps here have felt unrelenting so I am doing another one of those posts today.<\/p>\n

I took this photo of a Ring-billed Gull walking through the snow in whiteout conditions on December 30, 2019 at a pond not far from where I live. I enjoy creating and looking at high key images like this one and the snowy conditions in the frame make me feel cooler just by looking at the photo.<\/p>\n
