I posted a Snowy Egret<\/a><\/span>\u00a0that I photographed in Florida six days ago so today I wanted to share an image of a Snowy Egret in Utah. I was at Farmington Bay Wildlife Management Area in September of 2011\u00a0when there were lots of Snowy Egrets, White-faced Ibis, Forster’s Terns and Ring-billed Gulls actively feeding that day in one of the units. There must have been at least 15 Snowy Egrets and their young in the area feeding along the shore which was quite muddy. This adult Snowy Egret with muddy legs that were so dirty it covered up its “Golden Slippers”.<\/p>\n
