My post yesterday was about my computer not booting which messed up my morning post. Today my post is about getting my computer to boot yet I’m still feeling frazzled. I believe one of my external hard drives was the cause of the boot failure yesterday but so far I haven’t been able to pin down a cause for the failure.<\/p>\n

So yesterday wore on me as I ran diagnostic after diagnostic all while doing the things I normally do on a daily basis on and off of my computer.<\/p>\n

Several times yesterday I had to resist the desire to cover my head and sleep for a couple of hours just to de-stress and I thought this American Coot photo worked well with that feeling and desire.<\/p>\n

Oddly enough it is a challenge to capture this precise pose when photographing American Coots because they dive so quickly and I have only been able to succeed in getting this type of image a few times. Plus coots can be challenging to expose properly because of their dark feathers.<\/p>\n

The coot diving into the water and covering its head made me laugh and yesterday… I truly needed to laugh.<\/p>\n

Hopefully I can get my computer issues ironed out and I can go back to more normal<\/em> posts about birds and nature. Fingers crossed!<\/p>\n
