My dream for my site was to be unique and my real life experiences in the field certainly are. For ten years, from May 2, 2015 to May 2, 2025, I never missed a single day of sharing posts.

Despite the wind at Sequoyah National Wildlife Refuge yesterday, I had great fun photographing a singing male Dickcissel perched on a cottonwood sapling.

Earlier this week I videoed an adult Barred Owl who was perched in an old willow at Miner's Cove at Sequoyah National Wildlife Refuge in Oklahoma.
