My dream for my site was to be unique and my real life experiences in the field certainly are. For ten years, from May 2, 2015 to May 2, 2025, I never missed a single day of sharing posts.

The Stories Behind My Images
Great Blue Heron At Charleston Lake Plus A Video
I took this Great Blue Heron image on December 1st at Charleston Lake Park in Franklin County, Arkansas, on the same day as the cormorant photos I recently shared.
December Female Slate-colored Dark-eyed Junco
I'm enjoying sharing my Dark-eyed Junco photos from Arkansas almost as much as I enjoy hearing, seeing, and photographing them since they arrived this fall.
Fox Squirrel Close Up In Fall
I haven’t been seeing many squirrels since the temps started dropping below freezing at night. When this Fox Squirrel showed up, I was happy to photograph them.
