Images that I have taken in Arkansas.
Arkansas became the 25th state of the United States on June 15, 1836. The state encompasses 53,179 square miles, which is equivalent to approximately 34 million acres.
Known as “The Natural State”, Arkansas offers extraordinary opportunities for nature photographers with its diverse landscape featuring the Ozark and Ouachita mountains in the north and west, contrasting with rich, flat river-laced agricultural lands in the east.
The state boasts beautiful lakes, rivers, and abundant wildlife, with the Northern Mockingbird serving as its state bird. Its varied terrain provides photographers with stunning natural backdrops, from mountain scenery to river valleys, making it a paradise for capturing the beauty of the American landscape.
I hope you enjoy my photos of Arkansas.
