Ross’s Geese are small waterfowl with rounded heads and pink bills that are blue-gray at the base. They come in two color morphs: a white morph with black wingtips and a blue morph with a grayish-blue body.

This Ross's Goose was in front of a large flock of Snow Geese last Friday at Sequoyah National Wildlife Refuge, and I felt fortunate to have a clear view of the goose.
