Title: American Oystercatcher chick and adult
Location: Fort De Soto County Park, Pinellas County, Florida

This is a larger crop than I normally like to make but to bring the birds larger in the frame in this case I think the crop is worth it. I cropped about 1/3 of the original image.
I do not approach close to nests or young birds, I will not alarm them or their parents. If the parent starts to act alarmed, I do not move any closer, I slowly move away.
