I am thankful for my family, my chosen family, my friends and for all of you who view my posts daily.

I am thankful for a roof over my head, food in my belly, for the heat that keeps me warm and for clean water.

I am thankful for living as long as I have and for being able to live my life the way I want to and to be able to pursue my passion of bird, wildlife and nature photography. I am thankful that there are still wild places for me to explore and be enchanted by and connected to.

I’m thankful for the snow on the ground this morning because it makes it feel more “Thanksgivingish” to me.

There is simply so much that I am thankful for.

Life is good. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone.

I am thankful for everything I have learned from you. Your work, your passion for it, your professionalism and ethics in for obtaining and reporting/sharing that work has been one of the things that has helped me begin to improve my own work. I am thankful that you share the places that you go so I have new places to inspire me and journeys I can take on my own. Happy Thanksgiving to you and those you love.
