November Gulf Fritillary Butterfly
I didn’t think I’d be seeing Gulf Fritillary butterflies well into November in Arkansas, but here they are—still fluttering around and being gorgeous.

Recently, I photographed my first Spotted Orbweaver spiders in Arkansas. I used to photograph one of their relatives, the Western Spotted Orbweaver, in Utah.

I've heard people call Willets "Plain Brown Birds". I reckon they may have never seen one looking like this Willet.
